Case Studies
The Problem: Following work between departments was not streamlined and projects were often mishandled or lost track of. Shared files were not easily accessible and any questions would have to go through multiple layers of staff for anyone to get an answer.
The Solution: I organised all files into corresponding department folders in DropBox, ensuring everything was identifiable. To ensure projects could be tracked between stages, I set up and established a team Slack so all staff could identify needs and see questions immediately when asked.
The Problem: Customer details were not stored accessibly, and data was often replicated or incomplete. Emails and phone calls were often left unanswered for long periods of time.
The Solution: I used HubSpot CRM to organise and refine customer and purchase data, and ensure it was accessible to all departments at any time. I also simplified the booking process by editing the website, and frequently checked message portals, Xero, and emails to ensure all inquiries were answered promptly.

The Problem: Released content was not performing consistently or reaching the desired audience. Much of the content was not edited to the standards set by others within the niche.
The Solution: I expanded reach to Instagram and YouTube Shorts, and curated a range of content creators from within the niche who could be used to identify trends in the future. I went through analytics to pinpoint where current methods were failing, and helped make adjustments where necessary. Within the first week of working together, I helped increase short form content views on YouTube by 71.62% and, and long form content by 9.11%.
